摘要
本文在论述我国高新技术产业开发区发展态势的基础上 ,对目前发展过程中存在的布局问题、资金问题、管理问题、国际化问题及其原因进行了重点分析 。
On the basis of elaborating the frontier of the high-tech industrial development areas in China, the paper analyzed the issues and their causes concerning strategy, finance, management, internationalization, which exist in the developing process. The corresponding policy suggestions were also proposed.
