新升本科院校图书馆数据库建设存在的问题及对策研究--以郑州师范学院为例

Study on Countermeasures in Database Construction Problems of University--A Case Study of Zhengzhou Normal University

随着计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展，电子资源已成为主要的信息资源，数据库是获取权威电子资源的主要途径。本文以郑州师范学院为例，采取调查问卷的方式，对新升本科院校图书馆电子资源建设过程中存在的问题进行分析，并提出提高电子资源利用率的建议。

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, electronic resources has become a major information resource, the database is the main way to obtain the resources which is authoritative. In this paper, taking Zhengzhou Normal University as an example, the problems which exit in the construction process of database to be analyzed, meanwhile, the recommendations to improve the utilization of electronic resources to be proposed.
