公安机关建立食品安全支队可能面对的问题及解决对策研究

近年来我国食品安全问题频出，显现出了现有监管体制与监管制度在监管上的不足。为了有效打击涉食违法犯罪活动，与现有监管部门形成打击合力，我国部分地区的公安机关建立了食品安全支队，直接参与涉食犯罪活动的破获。本文就我国食品安全的现状与发展趋势，以及公安机关建立食品安全支队可能面对的问题和解决对策进行分析，旨在为更好监管食品安全服务。

In recent years, China's food safety problems and frequent, showing the deficiencies of the existing regulatory system and the regulatory system in the regulation.
