摘要
对大学新生专业认同感和职业决策困难影响因素的调查结果显示,新生专业认同处于中等水平,与自我概念清晰性和最优化决策显著相关;职业决策困难水平较高,尤其是焦虑程度,与最优化决策、自我概念清晰性、核心自我评价、职业心理控制源显著相关;专业认同和职业决策困难均显著影响个体的生活满意度。
Attending University is the important stage of individual professional development,but some students have no interest in their major and they don't know what they should do,which caused some psychological problems.These papers carried a survey about Whether these phenomena will affect students' learning life and further studied what factors affect students' major identity and career decision-making difficulty.It shows that college students' major identity is moderately related with self concept clarity and maximum;students' career decision-making difficulty level is higher,especially the degree of anxiety,and significantly related with maximum,self-concept clarity,core self-evaluation,locus of control.Based on the results,it summed up some measures to improve students' major identity and to lessen students' career decision-making difficulty so as to improve their life satisfaction and help them better adapt to the university life and study.
