摘要
为考查高强度材料在干切削条件下,边界润滑条件的改变对已加工表面粗糙度曲线的几何特征参数R a、R y、ADF、t p的影响规律,对高强度钢30CrMnSiA进行了外圆车削切削速度单因素试验。研究表明:干切削对比油润滑时,车削加工表面粗糙度指标R a和R y的变化均不明显;粗糙度轮廓的高度分布会存在一定差别,ADF曲线有所不同;轮廓支承长度率t p曲线受切削速度影响显著。
In order to investigate the effect of cutting condition on the characteristics of surface profiles,the dependency of roughness values( R a and R y),amplitude density function( ADF) and bearing length rate t p on cutting speeds at different feed rates were studied by dry turning of a high strength steel, 30CrMnSiA. It is concluded that,the differences of surface roughness R a and R y between dry cut and wet cut are not significant; the height distribution character of surface profiles varies according to the lubrication and cooling condition; cutting speed has influences on the curves of ADF and bearing length ratio no matter under dry cut and wet cut conditions.
