摘要
为了改善球头铣刀多轴铣削铝合金工件获得的表面质量,通过试验研究了刀具姿态对表面形貌和表面粗糙度的影响规律。研究结果表明,球头铣刀倾斜加工获得的表面质量优于传统的垂直加工。同时还进一步发现:倾斜加工时顺铣比逆铣获得的表面质量高;而推铣和拉铣获得的表面质量基本一致,其表面粗糙度介于顺铣和逆铣之间。
In order to improve the surface quality of aluminum alloy workpiece machined by ball- end- mills under the control of multi axis NC milling technology,it is researched by the experiment to the law about tool posture influence on the surface topography and the surface roughness. The results show that,the tilt machining surface quality is better than that of the traditional vertical machining when the ball- end-mills is used. At the same time,it is also further found that the quality of up- milling surface is better than the one of down- milling,and surface quality obtained by push- milling and pull- milling are basicly consistent,and the surface roughness of push- milling and pull- milling is between the ones of up- milling and down- milling.
