摘要
离散制造是制造业的重要组成部分,存在着产品类型多、生产工艺复杂、控制过程多变等特点,使得离散型制造的管理成为目前多数企业面临的难题。通过对离散型制造系统运行过程的分析,将物联网技术应用于离散型制造系统中,构建了基于物联网技术的离散型制造系统框架,叙述了物联网技术在离散型制造系统中的运用过程,从而实现离散型制造系统运行的有序性、高效性和经济性。
Discrete manufacturing is an important part of the manufacturing industry,it has multiple products, complex production process,variable control process and other characteristics,so the discrete manufacturing management becomes a difficult problem for most enterprises at present. In this paper,through the analysis of the discrete manufacturing system operation process,then applies the internet of things technology in discrete manufacturing system,constructs the framework of discrete manufacturing system based on internet of things technology,describes the using process of the internet of things technology in the discrete manufacturing system,so as to realize the operation of discrete manufacturing system orderly,efficiently and the economically.
