篮球防守中手臂动作运用研究

STUDY ON APPLICATION OF HANDS AND ARMS ACTION DURING DEFENCE OF BASKETBALL

通过对１２届世界女篮锦标赛防守中手臂动作的运用研究，找出我国女篮在防守中手臂动作运用存在问题和差距，并提出防无球、有球队员手脚配合训练的方法。

With researching the application of hands and arms action during defence in the 12th World Women Basketball Championships,the author found out the problems and disparity of chinese women's basketball players in defence,and put forward cooperating training method to defend empty hands and with the ball player.
