摘要
目的观察电针手厥阴心包经天泉穴对急性缺氧志愿者血液动力学参数的影响。方法在吸入低氧混合气体条件下,电针天泉穴,用血液动力学监护仪记录心输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、心率(HR)、外周血管阻力(SVR)、外周血管阻力指数(SVRI)在电针前后的变化。结果电针天泉穴能显著降低急性轻度缺氧所致的CO、CI,升高HR,电针过程中SVR、SVRI显著升高。结论电针天泉穴对调整缺氧状态下的血液动力学参数具有一定的特异性。
Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncturing Tianquan(PC2) on hemodynamic parameters of volunteers with acute hypoxia. Methods Under the condition of inhaling low oxygen gas mixture, the volunteers received electroacupuncturing PC2, and the cardiac output(CO), cardiac index(CI), heart rate(HR), systemic vascular resistance(SVR) and systemic vascular resistance index(SVRI) were measured with hemodynamic monitor before and after electroacupuncturing PC2. Results When acute hypoxia, the levels of CO, CI and HR were significantly increased, and the indexes levels were significantly decreased after electroacupuncturing PC2. The levels of SVR, SVRI were significantly increased during electroacupuncturing PC2. Conclusion Electroacupuncturing PC2 has cetain specificity for the adjustment of hemodynamic parameters under hypoxia condition.
