摘要
分别从美国石油学会(API)的3张列线图中读取467组碳氢比数据、381组汽油/成品油蒸汽压数据及137组原油蒸汽压数据,通过回归分析建立了3个新的油品和石油馏分物性关联式:(1)石油馏分碳氢比与密度和平均沸点关联式;(2)汽油/成品油蒸汽压与雷特蒸汽压关联式;(3)原油蒸汽压与雷特蒸汽压关联式。相对于列线图数据,上述3个新关联式计算结果的平均相对误差分别为0.23%,1.38%和0.96%。较之API手册中的已有关联式,新建关联式不仅形式简单,且与API列线图在应用范围和符合程度上具有更好的一致性。
Data( 467,381 and 137 sets,respectively) were read out from the American Petroleum Institute( API) 's nomograms for carbon to hydrogen weight ratio( CH) of petroleum fractions,vapor pressures( VP) of gasoline / product oils and vapor pressures of crude oils. Based on these data,three new correlations were proposed for correlating CH to mean boiling point and density and true VP with the Reid VP,with average relative errors of 0. 23%,1. 38% and 0. 96% against the readout data. Compared with other existing examples,these new correlations have simpler form and better consistency with the API's nomograms.
