Exploring the Roles and Key Points of Primavera Project Planner Software in Pumped Storage Power Station Project Management

近年来,一大批大型抽水蓄能电站工程陆续开工建设,抽水蓄能电站建设项目是一项投资高、规模大、周期长的大型工程。本文首先介绍了P3软件的功能特点,结合抽水蓄能电站项目管理的特点和过程,分别从业主单位、监理单位、施工单位三方角度论述在抽水蓄能电站项目管理中应用P3软件的重要作用,并探讨了在抽水蓄能电站管理中应用P3软件的几方面要点。

Recently,a large number of pumped storage power station projects have constructed successively,which have been seen as the large-scale projects of the high investment,large scale and long period.This paper described the features of Primavera Project Planner software,combined with the characteristics and process management of pumped storage power station project.Then this paper analyzed respectively the important roles of owners,supervisions and constructions during the process of P3 software application in pumped storage power station project management.Finally,this paper discussed several important points which were helpful to apply P3 software in pumped storage power station project management.
