摘要 提升校长的专业水平对学校发展和教育质量提高的作用不容忽视。本文基于英国采用的"中小学校长专业资格国家证书"制度、中小学校长国家标准和学校领导者发展框架三大举措,美国以问题为中心、同辈互助、促进校长专业发展三种培训模式和澳大利亚的辛迪加培训模式,分析三国经验,给我国中小学校长的专业发展提供启示。 The principal plays a key role in developing and improving the quality of education. Promoting the principal's professional development has become a common perspective of many countries.Three actions and four training models were introduced in this article,which are NPQH, NSfH,LDF in England;problem-based,PAL,APEX training models in America and Syndicate Model in Australia.The author hopes that the new measurements of promoting the principal's professional development in primary and Secondary Schools can be inspired by analyzing the experience of the three countries.
