摘要
本文分析了护理校外兼职教师的优势和劣势,提出建立护理校外兼职教师人才库,强化课前培训、统筹安排,共同分担、取得医院的支持等对策,发挥护理校外兼职教师的优势以提高校外兼职教师的教学水平,形成一支弥补专职教师不足、稳定而高素质的校外兼职教师队伍。
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of part - time teachers and proposes to establish a pool of part - time teachers and strengthen pre - service training class,co - ordination,co - sharing and the support of hospitals.Nursing part - time teachers should play the advantage of clinical experience to increase the level of teaching and make up for the lack of full - time teachers to develop a stable and high - quality part - time faculty.
