一种基于图像处理的测量人眼屈光度的方法 被引量:3

摘要 针对验光仪在测量人眼屈光度时,特别是在测量高度近视或远视患者时,出现视网膜图像边缘模糊的问题,提出了一种针对模糊图像轮廓提取的方法,从而实现对视网膜图像几何参数的精准测量.该方法通过视网膜区域测量系统对反射环形图像进行采集,利用高斯曲线拟合的方法将环形图像与背景图像分离,求得亚像素边缘点的坐标,并运用曲率滤波方法对边缘点中的噪声点进行检测和剔除,进而由最小二乘法拟合椭圆轨迹,求出视网膜图像的几何参数,从而计算得到人眼屈光度.用此方法对中国计量院标准模拟眼进行测量,测量结果表明,其定位精度和抑制噪声能力可有效提高眼睛屈光度的测量精度. 针对验光仪在测量人眼屈光度时,特别是在测量高度近视或远视患者时,出现视网膜图像边缘模糊的问题,提出了一种针对模糊图像轮廓提取的方法,从而实现对视网膜图像几何参数的精准测量.该方法通过视网膜区域测量系统对反射环形图像进行采集,利用高斯曲线拟合的方法将环形图像与背景图像分离,求得亚像素边缘点的坐标,并运用曲率滤波方法对边缘点中的噪声点进行检测和剔除,进而由最小二乘法拟合椭圆轨迹,求出视网膜图像的几何参数,从而计算得到人眼屈光度.用此方法对中国计量院标准模拟眼进行测量,测量结果表明,其定位精度和抑制噪声能力可有效提高眼睛屈光度的测量精度.
