摘要
风资源分布与负荷分布的不一致性决定了我国有必要进行风电的大容量远距离输送。根据现有的工程造价数据,在一定的内部收益率下,计算了采用特高压交流、超高压交流、直流输电时各自的风电电价,分析了不同风电场利用小时数以及输电距离对风电电价的影响。计算表明:大容量风电的最优输电方案与风电场群的实际情况以及输电距离密切相关,弃风损失对最优方案的选取具有较大影响。
It is necessary to transmit large capacity of wind power with long distance due to the inconsistent distribution of wind resource and load.According to the current construction cost data,with specific internal revenue rate,the wind power price was calculated,the economic benefits of using EHV AC,UHV AC and HVDC to transmit wind power was calculated,also,the effect of the transmission length and the annual equivalent full load operating hours of the wind farms on the wind power price was analyzed.The calculation shows that the optimal transmission method should be determined by the actual situation of the wind farms and the transmission length,the loss due to transmission bottleneck has great impact on the optimal transmission scheme.
