摘要
以1,4-丁二酸(SA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和对苯二甲酸(PTA)为原料,制备了脂肪-芳香共聚酯聚(对苯二甲酸丁二醇-丁二酸丁二醇)酯(PBTS),探索了工艺条件,并在实验室研究基础上进行了吨级产品的放大探索,同时针对所制备的聚合产品拥有的物理性能进行了相应的应用研究。对于其中的原料SA进行了生物基替代,得到了性能与以化学法丁二酸为原料得到的产品性能相似的聚合产物。该聚合产物具有生物降解能力。
Aliphatic-aromatic copolyesters,poly(butylene terephthalate-co-butylene succinate)(PBTS),were obtained from terephthalate acid,succinic acid and 1,4-butanediol,and the polymerization process was discussed.On the base of experiments in the laboratory,the polymerization was put into pilot plant.In addition,the application of polymer product was carried out according to its physical properties.Succinic acid from biomass can substitute that from fossil as the monomer,the properties of polymer obtained from bio-SA is similar with that of polymer obtained from SA,which can be biodegraded into small molecular substances.
