摘要
基于某深基坑工程项目实际情况,采用综合集成风险评估方法对基坑风险进行评估,采用层次分析法对工序层因子、风险事件层因子的重要性权重进行计算,采用专家打分法对风险事件发生的可能性进行估值,对风险事件的承灾对象的进行了调查、分类及价值统计,对该深基坑工程风险事件的权重、风险发生的可能性及风险承灾对象的损失进行了综合计算,得出该工程项目总风险值为3948万元。研究成果对基坑工程的施工与管理有重要的参考意义。
Based on the practical situation of the foundation excavation,the general integration risk assessment method is used to assess the risk.Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used to calculate the weight of factors in construction procedures and risk events layer,and Expert Evaluation method is applied to assess the possibility of risk events.The elements at risk are investigated and classified,and their values are calculated statistically.the total risk value will obtained by comprehensive calculation of risk event weight,possibility of risk and loss of element at risk of foundation project of pour-pit.It is 39.84 million RMB.The research result has reference significance to management and construction of foundation pit project.
