摘要
在土质较硬的地区或者土层变化大,地质情况复杂的地区常采用复合桩基,因桩基发生变形较小,因而地基土的承载力往往不能充分发挥,造成较大的浪费。本文提出了一种新型的空腔后填式桩土承载力调节装置,能很好的解决这一类问题。该装置将在厦门当代天境的超高层住宅项目中得以应用,并取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。推广后能获得巨大的经济效益。本装置已申请发明专利。
In areas of hard soil and complicated geology,the vertical displacement of pile is tiny that the carrying capacity of natural base foundation cannot fully carry out.New equipment named the Load Proportion Controller of Pile and Natural Base Foundation is introduced to control the load proportion of pile and the natural base foundation in this article.This controller is to be used in a high-rise residence building project named Dangdai Tianjing in Xiamen.This equipment will make a huge profit if it is widely used.
