摘要
主要在"复杂人"理论假设的条件下,从薪酬体系角度出发,通过对企业的发展阶段、员工类型、企业类型和外部环境这四方面进行思考提出激励型薪酬体系的设计框架,旨在最大限度的发挥现代企业薪酬体系的激励作用,吸引、留住和激励企业所需要的人力资源。
Under the condition of 'complex person' theoretical assumptions,from the perspective of the compensation system.through four areas,the stage of enterprise development,staff type,enterprises type,and external environment of enterprises,a design framework of the incentive compensation system major is proposed in this paper to maximum the incentive function of compensation systems of modern enterprises,then to attract,retain and motivate the human resources which are needed by enterprises.
