近年来高层建筑转换层结构的工程应用发展迅猛,新颖转换结构层出不穷,其中梁式转换层结构传力明确、经济可靠、施工简便,应用最为普遍。仅简介转换层结构产生背景、结构形式及特点等,重点阐述梁式转换层结构受力原理、截面设计方法、构造措施,系在归纳大量实际工程设计方法并参阅文献资料基础上总结而来,对有关现行规范中具体构造规定不做赘述,仅供结构设计工作者及相关同仁参考。

the application of tall building with transfer story has been developed rapidly in recent years.With the emergence of more new transfer story structures,of which girder-style transfer story has been widely used because of clear force-transfer,economy and easy construction.It is presented briefly the principles of transfer story which are based on a great deal of documents,information and the practical constructions,background,structure forms and structure features of transfer story.And there are not any correlative structure regulations of current standards in this paper,which may be a reference for structure designers and fraternities.
