摘要
进行轮胎包容特性试验,并分析了轮胎滚过不平路面的准静态响应;引入形态学滤波求解轮胎滚过任意短波长不平路面时的等效高度和倾角;将仿真计算结果分别与SWIFT模型计算结果和试验值对比分析,模型计算结果合理;最后在Simulink下建立虚拟测试台,将求解的等效路面高度和倾角作为平面内统一耐久性轮胎模型的路面输入进行仿真,与轮胎台架试验进行对照,仿真结果合理。
Firstly,the enveloping of the pneumatic tire was tested and the quasi-static response of the pneumatic tire running over the typical unevenness was analyzed,and then the effective height and effective angle of the arbitrary short wavelength unevenness were calculated by the morphology filtering.Secondly,the simulations were compared with the results of the SWIFT and the experiments. The outcome demonstrates that this calculating method is feasible,accurate.Finally,the in-plane UniTire Durability model and the calculating methods of the two-dimensional effective road were connected with the Simulink in order to build a simple UniTire Durability tire model test platform.The simulating inputs according to the actual experiments were instituted and the simulations under these behaviors were compared with the experimental data.The simulation of the tire running over the rectangular unevenness is successful.
