摘要
肝癌的治疗目前尚无特效方法,随着物理学的迅速发展,物理医学工程技术逐渐应用于肝癌的治疗中,已成为肝癌介入疗法的重要组成部分.射频消融(radiofrequencyablation,RFA)是一种安全、有效的高温物理疗法,采用单极或多极探针,在超声或CT、磁共振引导下,进行肝脏穿刺,将探针定位于肿瘤组织,利用射频热效应造成肿瘤组织凝固性坏死、液化而达到治疗目的.就超声引导下经皮射频消融(percutaneous radiofrequency ablation,PRFA)治疗肝癌的三研究作一综述.
There is still no effective methods of liver cancer.The medical engineering technology has been more applied in the treatment of liver cancer with the rapid development of physics,and the it has played an important role in liver cancer therapy.Radiofrequency ablation is a safe,effective high-temperature physical therapy,guided by the ultrasound or CT,MRI to punct the liver with unipolar or multipolar electrode.The electrode was positioned in the tumor tissue to make the coagulative necrosis and liquefaction necrosis of the tumor tissue to obtain the therapy purpose with radiofrequency.In this paper,ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation for liver cancer is reviewed.
