摘要
我国南方地区商业、办公建筑由于冷热负荷差值较大,导致其传统地源热泵系统运行效率较低.本文对长沙地区湘江边的一栋办公大楼,选用新型混合地源热泵系统与传统地源热泵系统进行夏季能耗编程模拟并进行对比.结果显示采用新型混合地源热泵系统比采用传统的地源热泵系统的初投资节省约14%,运行费用节省3.9%~6.5%,且该系统的运行效率在采用流入机组水温作为控制参数时达到最高.
In commercial and office buildings located in the South of China,the efficiency of traditional ground source heat pumps system is low because of the big difference of cooling and heating loads.The energy simulation by computer programming method was done for an office building beside the Xiang River in Changsha,where the energy consumption of the conventional ground-source heat pump system was compared with that of the new hybrid ground-source heat pump system in summer.The result shows that it can save 14% of initial investment,3.9%~6.5% of running cost if the new hybrid ground-source heat pump system is used,and the efficiency of new hybrid ground-source heat pump system gets to the highest when the temperature of water into the units is taken as the control parameter.
