摘要实施对特困群众的医疗保障是践行"党的十七大"重要思想的具体体现,是党和政府解决民生,维护民利,保障民权的重要举措,也是人民群众关心的热点和社会各界关注的焦点。做好此项工作的实施和运行,对创建和谐社会具有非常重要的意义。
