学校体育引入民族传统体育项目,是教育传递优秀文化遗产的方式,也是弘扬传统文化精神的过程。文章论述了民族传统体育的优势和作用,探析了民族传统体育进入高校的重要性和必要性;民族传统体育与体育教学结合的理论依据。结合高校民族传统体育发展实际,应加强师资力量的培养和教材的建设,为高校体育教学资源的开发、打造具有民族特色的高校体育教育提供参考。

The introduction of ethnic traditional sports into school sports education is the pattern of deriving excellent cultural heritage as well as a process of propagating traditional cultural spirits.This paper discusses the advantage and effect of ethnic traditional sports,investigates the importance and necessity of introducing ethnic traditional sports into university as well as the theory basis of integrating ethnic traditional sports and sports education.Concerning the situation of ethnic traditional sports education in universities,we should strengthen the training of faculty and educational materials to be a reference of developing sports education and building ethnic traditional featured sports education in colleges and universities.
