摘要
我们用面板数据模型,对1997～2005年间美国在华合资企业投资动机及其变动进行实证研究。研究发现,我国加入WTO后美国在华合资企业投资动机出现重要变动,由"中国生产,中国销售"转变为"中国生产,世界销售";然而投资动机的变动没有改变国内企业技术创新现状。
This panel data empirical study approached to investment motives of American Sino-foreign joint ventures(ASJVs) during 1997 to 2005.It was found out that there were significant differences between motives of ASJVs before and after 2001.But the Chinese local enterprises' technologies innovation abilities of production and products were still low after China entered WTO.
