加快社会主义建设和发展必须毫不动摇地巩固和发展公有制经济,同时公有制经济的实现形式必须有利于解放和发展生产力,而且必然是多样化的。社会所有制在社会主义条件下应当是公有制的一种实现形式。

To speed up socialist construction,we must consolidate and develop unswervingly the public sector of the economy, and its diversified forms for realizing public ownership should be favourable for releasing and developing the productive forces. Social ownership should be one of the forms for realizing public ownership under the socialist system.
