To wholly promote Quality Education is one of the important programs in our education refroms. Quality Eduction provides a scientific and theoretical basis for sports reform at schools. We must seize this opportunity to bring forth new ideas reflecting the four basic features of the 'Quality Education'-entire, comprehensive, basic and principal, and to explore the developing trend of sports reform at schools in order to establish a sports teaching system based on the Chinese situation.
