摘要
本文作者通过对意大利学者加罗法洛《犯罪学》一书的阅读受到启发 ,对累犯的概念及其改造难度发表了看法。
With the enlightenment from the reading of Italian scholar's Criminology, the author gives his opinions on the concept and the transformation of the habitual criminals.
