摘要 分别用含复合酶制剂EA—Ⅱ、生物制剂BA—Ⅰ各0.5%,1.0%的4种实验饲料和对照饲料于水族箱中饲养鲤鱼14d,对鲤肠道、肝胰脏酶活力测定结果为:EA—Ⅱ和BA—Ⅰ均能显著地提高肠道蛋白酶和淀粉酶的比活力;而在肝胰脏,EA—Ⅱ和BA—Ⅰ均能显著提高淀粉酶比活力,但显著降低蛋白酶比活力。 The carp is reared with diets containing EA-Ⅱ and BA-Ⅰfor 14 days.Both EA-Ⅱ and BA-Ⅰ significantly increase the activities of protease and diastase in intestinal tract,hepatopancreas and the diastase activities in hepatopancreas of carp.However,EA-Ⅱ and BA-Ⅰ significantly decrease the protease activities in hepatopancreas of carp.The results indicate the possible machanism of EA-Ⅱand BA-Ⅰ is quickening growth ,raising the feed digestibility and utilization ratio of carp.The conclusion that feed enzyme may increase the production of endogenous diastase of carp is obtained.
