摘要
主要探讨计算机集成系统环境下产品开发中工艺路线的优化问题,在Petri工艺网的基础上引入机床、夹具、刀具等工装的子网对工艺规程进行建模,并对仿真模型的初始、终结状态给出明确定义,使得Petri网仿真模型评估工艺路线更为准确。通过分析网络的可及图,按加工成本对工艺路线进行了优化安排。由于对加工过程建立了数学模型,故其解算可以很方便,可靠。这种分层建模的方法使得工艺决策的每一个阶段都能采用更适合的模型和分析方法,降低了系统实现的难度。
This paper mainly discusses optimal process planning in CIMS. A new model based on process planning Petri net is proposed, which takes machine setup and tool change into account. The initial state and finished state of the model are discussed in addition. So the evaluation for process planning is more accurate than ever. Process planning is optimized in this paper in order to minimize the total machining time according to the reachable figure. This method of hierarchical modeling reduces the complicacy of the process planning.
