摘要
以人脑核磁图像为基础,利用虚拟现实建模语言(VRML)对人体脑部结构进行三维重建,可以对感兴趣的脑结构的空间形状、空间位置有更加直观的了解,并可进行人机交互式的操作,从各个方向、各个角度对之进行交互式观察。原始数据来自MNI(蒙特利尔神经所),共有人脑核磁图像181层,层间距为一毫米。人工提取坐标点数据,共制作了人脑外部轮廓、脑室系统、苍白球、豆状核、丘脑、尾状核等结构的网格状模型和面状模型。
Three-dimensional visualization of brain structures is performed by VRML programming. A 3D coordinate system is set up in a virtual space, where brain structures are shown in grid or surface style and can be rotated, translated and scaled freely. The VRML model of brain Structures is flexible and vivid.
