革兰阴性杆菌中产AmpC酶菌株的药敏谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察分析临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌产AmpC酶的情况。方法 通过冻融法获得酶粗提物 ,然后作三维试验 ,从狭缝与抑菌环交界处是否出现扩大的长菌区域来判断试验的结果。结果  12 6株对第三代头孢菌素耐药或中介的革兰阴性杆菌中产AmpC酶株有 5 8株 (占 46 % ) ,产ES BLs株有 2 8株 (占 2 2 .6 % )。药敏谱分析亚胺培南对肠杆菌的总敏感率为 88.9% ,而头孢吡肟对产AmpC酶的发酵糖革兰阴性杆菌与非发酵菌的敏感性不同。结论 ESBL及AmpC酶已成为革兰阴性杆菌耐药的两大主要因素。同是产AmpC酶 ,但由于发酵糖革兰阴性杆菌与非发酵菌的其它耐药机理不同 ,以致药敏谱存在差异。
