论我国高等职业教育的创新发展

On the innovation and development of higher vocational edudation in China

21世纪我国高等职业教育的创新发展具有重要意义 ;从科技与经济紧密结合、直接促进经济发展的角度看 ,高等职业教育具有普通高等教育所不具备的独特功能 ;针对我国国情 ,高等职业教育在 2 1世纪的总任务应该是 :“培养同现代化要求相适应的数以万计的专门人才 ,发挥我国巨大人力资源的优势”。总要求是 :大规模、高素质、多规格、不间断。据此高等职业教育如何创新发展 ,本文从八个方面进行了探讨。

The innovation and development of higer vocational education has great significance in the 21st century. Higher vocational education has special functions that ordinary higher education has not if viewed from the close connection of scientific technology and economy, which directly promotes economic development. According to Chinese national conditions, the task of higher vocational education in 21st century should be to cultivate millions of special talents fit in with the requirement of modernisation, and give full play to Chinese advantage of enormous human resource! The glabal requirement of higher vocational education should be large scale, high quality, many standards and successive. So the article probes into how to make innovation and develop higher vocational education from eight sides.
