本文通过分析体育旅游在经济和社会发展中所起的作用 ,提出体育旅游在二十一世纪经济发展中蕴含着无限商机的观点 ,并结合福州市体育旅游资源条件 ,从政策导向、舆论导向、精品导向、投资导向、产业导向、消费导向等方面 ,提出发展体育旅游的建议。

The article states the idea that sports tours contain the infinite commercial future in the economic developments during the 21st century by means of analyzing the action of sports tours on the developments of the economy and society. Meanwhile, it suggests developing sports tours on the aspects of the policy orientation, quality goods orientation, consumption orientation in consideration of the resource condition of sports tours in Fuzhou.
