摘要
对图书、情报信息资源共享的必要性、可能性及形式的多样性等问题进行了讨论，并为评价和改进资源共享工作提出了几个主要的评价指标．
A detailed discussion has been put forward the first part of this article, aiming at the promotion of economic and cultural development base on the level and trend of new technique in the field of information, and also base on the actual situation of various nations and districts to discuss the necessity, feasibility,and the variety of forms of publications and information resources sharing.It also points out in this article that it will be necessary to build up as early as possible an integrated appraisal index system.The author has intended to suggest several major appraisal indexes.
