摘要
目的 研究海带多糖 (Laminaria Japonica polysaccharides,LJP)的耐缺氧作用及其抗疲劳作用。方法 按 1 0 mg· kg- 1 · d- 1 、2 0 mg· kg- 1· d- 1、50 mg· kg- 1· d- 1、1 0 0 mg· kg- 1· d- 1不同剂量的海带多糖灌胃受试小鼠 ,连续 1 0 d,进行抗疲劳及密闭缺氧试验。结果 海带多糖能显著的提高受试小鼠负重游泳时间和常压缺氧下存活时间 ,并能升高受试小鼠的血红蛋白 ;使氧合血红蛋白解离 ,促进氧的释放。结论 海带多糖能提高缺氧小鼠组织对氧的利用 ,增强小鼠的耐缺氧。
Objective To study the effect of laminaria japonica polysaccharides (LJP) on the hypoxia tolerance and fatigue resistance. Methods Different doses of LJP (10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 , 20 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 , 50 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 , 100 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) were poured into the stomachs of the experimental mice for 10 days continuously, and then we carried out the fatigue resistance and the hermetic hypoxia experiment.Results LJP could lengthen the weight loading swim time and the survival time of the experimental mice under the condition of hypoxia that was carried out in the normal atmosphere pressure. Additionally, LJP could raise the quantity of hemoglobin of the experimental mice and cause the dissociation of oxyhemoglobin that is important for the release of oxygen.Conclusions LJP can raise the oxygen utilizing ability of the experimental mice and enhance the hypoxia tolerant as well as the fatigue resistant capacity of the experimental mice.
