摘要
目的 探讨可塑形钛钢板在跟骨关节内骨折中的应用价值。方法 治疗 30例 (33足 )跟骨关节内骨折 , 型10足 , 型 17足 , 型 6足。均采用可塑形钛钢板内固定 ,其中 5足应用自体髂骨植骨 ,11足应用同种异体骨植骨。结果 经平均随访 11.5个月 ,按张铁良评分系统评定 ,优良 30足 ,可 3足 ,优良率达 90 .9%。结论 可塑形钛钢板治疗跟骨关节内骨折 ,固定牢固 ,术后可早期功能锻炼 ,能最大限度地减少骨折后的并发症 。
Objective To investigate practical value of shapable titanic plate for intra-artilar fracture of calcaneus.Methods 30 cases(33 feet)with intra-artilar fracture of calcaneus were treated.According to Roy sanders classification,10 feet were classified as type Ⅱ,17 feet type Ⅲ,and 6 feet type Ⅳ.They were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by shapable titanic plate.Measures of auto-ilium transplant(5 feet),homolegous allograft bone transplant(11 feet) were also taken.Results 30 cases were followed up for 11.5 moths averagely.According to Zhangtieliang′s clinical scale,of which 30 were excellent and good,3 fair.The successful rate of foot function was found to be 90.9 %.Conclusion Applying the shapable titanic plate to treat intra-artilar fracture of calcaneus and paying attention to good reduction,can acquire secure internal fixation,and permit patients to exercise earlier after operation,and can greatly decrease complications of calcaneal fracture.It is the best procedure for reconstruction of the calcaneus.
