摘要
通过DSC、DMA、TEM、SAXS和TG对SPS(磺化聚苯乙烯)及其离聚体的形态结构和热性能进行了研究。结果表明,在磺酸基含量为9.83mol%的SPS中有磺酸离子的聚集。金属离子的引入使SPS离聚体的分子间作用力、微相分离程度增大。磺酸盐含量为4.70mol%以上的SPS离聚体中有离子聚集,离子簇直径为3~10nm。在磺酸盐含量为13mol%范围内,SPSNa离聚体基体的Tg1、离子微区的Tg2均随磺酸盐含量的增加而线性增大。PS磺化、中和成SPS离聚体后,热稳定性增加,其顺序为:SPSZn>SPSNa>SPS>PS。
he morphology and thermal property of sulfonated polystyrene (SPS) and its ionomers were studied through DSC, DMA, TEM, SAXS and TGA. The results show that there is sulfonic acid ionic aggregation in the SPS containing 9.83 mol% content of SO3H group. The introduction of metal counterion enhances the interaction force between sulfonic salts and the degree of microphase seperation in SPS ionomer.It is found to exist the sulfonate ion aggregation in the SPS ionomer of more than 4 mol% sulfonate content. The diameter of cluster is in the range of 3 ̄10 nm. Tg1 of matrix and Tg2 of ionic domain of SPS ionomer increase linearly with the increase of sulfonate content in the range of 13 mol%. The thermal stabilities of SPS and its ionomers are higher than that of polystyrene, the thermal stability decreases in following order: SPSZn>SPSNa>SPS>PS.
