花鼠幼仔的生长发育研究

Growth and development of Siberian chipmunk (Eutamias sibiricus)

通过对花鼠的室内笼养试验，系统地观测了花鼠幼仔的出生及生长发育过程．结果表明：初生鼠体重平均为雌鼠３．８３±０．０７ｇ，雄鼠３．８６±０．０９ｇ；雌雄仔鼠性比为１∶１；仔鼠睁眼时间平均为２９．４７±０．４３ｄ，下门齿１７～１８ｄ长出，上门齿２３～２６ｄ长出，３５～４０ｄ后独立生活．出生到独立生活，仔鼠的存活率为６４．７１％；初生到４０日龄仔鼠的体重、体长及尾长均随日龄呈线性增长，回归方程为：体重：Ｙ＝０．５６Ｘ＋３．９４（ｒ＝０．９９５１）；体长：Ｙ＝１．１２Ｘ＋４７．８９（ｒ＝０．９８７２）；尾长：Ｙ＝１．７３Ｘ＋１８．９１（ｒ＝０．９７６９）

By raising several pregnant females of Siberian chipmunk captured in the sild field of Xixian in Shanxi, in a laboratory in 1994 and 1995, the author observed and analyzed the young growth and development. The average weight of anewborn female fat is 3.83±0.07 g, that of the newborn male fat is 3.86±0.09 g. newborns sexual ratio is in the process of growth, the average daily growth rate of body weight, body length and tail length is positively relative with time frombirth to the fortieth day. The relative efficient are 0.9951, 0.872 and 0.9769. They begin to open their eyes 26 to 32 days later, their upper incisor begin to grow out 17 to 18 days later, their lower one begin to grow out 23 to 26 days later, they start to live alone after 35 to 40 days.
