摘要
In search for anticancer agents,thirteen new a, Punsaturated and β-aminomethylcyclopentanones containing α-(1-cyclopentenyl) have been synthesized by condensation and by Mannichreaction receptively.Anticancer test showed that all title compounds have significant activities againstP.Hela,HepA and EAC in vitro.Part of these compounds were shown to have activity against EACtumour in vivo.
