摘要
产业生态概念于 2 0世纪 70年代最早出现在西方学术论文中 ,在约 2 0年的时间里 ,尽管一些学者献身于发展与传播这一思想 ,但其影响范围是有限的。直到 2 0世纪 90年代 ,这一思想才重新被发掘 ,于 2 0世纪 90年代末期迅速发展 ,并广泛应用于发达国家的产业开发实践中 ,成为国际可持续发展实践的一个重要领域。本文从产业生态的基本思想入手 ,分析了产业生态开发的目标与战略研究方向。进而以区域为载体 ,在分析产业生态的区域研究层次基础上 ,以社区产业生态研究的实践领域———生态工业园为例 ,对其构造与管理模式进行剖析 。
The concept of industrial ecology(IE) early came from the literatures in western, although some authors dedicated to develop and spread it over 20 years time, it had gotten little effects until it come forth again in 1990s. The theories on industrial ecology have rapidly been developed in the later 1990s, and applied extensively to develop industrial activity of which is the significant field of international sustainable development The paper describes the ideas of industrial ecology firstly, analyzes then the goals of IE and its strategic research direction. Further to put IE research in regional context, the author takes the eco-industrial park as the example while based on dividing regional level, gives the description of structure and managing pattern of eco-industrial park, finally defines the its function.
