摘要
CNPC's development of downstream industry opens up magnificient cooperation prospects for foreign companies.In order to meet the needs of national economy development and improve economic performance,CNPC will further develop its downstream industry with the refining as main body.CNPC will revamp some refineries along the eastern coast,such as refineries in Dagang and Liaohe Oilfields,to reach the annual refining capacity of 2.5 million tons each for the first step.
