摘要
采用体外由 NADPH-Vc诱发的肝、肾微粒体脂质过氧化模型和连续给药后观察体内过氧化脂质 MDA、抗氧化物GSH含量及抗氧化酶 GSH-px活性的方法,观察到牛黄无论在体外或体内都能明显地减少过氧化脂质的形成,还可使体内的抗氧化物质GSH含量增多,同时使抗氧化酶GSH-px的活性明显增高。
The antioxidative activites of bazoar (Calculus buvis) were investigated by detecting the contents of MDA, GSH and activity of GSH-px in vitro and/or in vivo, Results showed that bazoar could reduce the formation of lipid peroxides, and increse endogenous antioxidant-Glutathione contents as well as the antioxidase-GSH-px activity. These experiments provide us new data for explanations of its clinical application and also anti-aging effect.
