摘要
根据焊缝区域温度、应力的测试结果,并在对其变化规律分析的基础上,提出了为降低频繁文替出现的高幅值的轴向应力而采用适当降低结构约束刚度和轴向温度梯度的改造方案。方案实施后的测试与运行结果英明,轴向热应力幅值有明显的下降,有效地抑制了裂纹的产生与扩展。
From the measurements and analysis of the temperature and stresses in the weld of coke tower skirt,a remaking scheme with properly reducing the binding rigid and the longitudinal temperature gradient is presented to decrease the longitudinal heat stress which may appear frequently and alternatively with high values,The operation after remaking shows that the magnitude of the longitudinal heat stress is significantly reduced,and the generation and growth of the crack is controlled effectively.
