人胚造血干细胞与毛细血管发生关系的探讨

Stuty of the relation beteen hematopietic stem and generation of capillary in embryogenesis of humanbeing

通过光镜对1例35天人胚毛细血管发生及造血干细胞与毛细血管发生关系进行了观察与研究。结果揭示:各器官内的毛细血管是由器官本身的间充质细胞分化形成;造血干细胞对毛细血管的发生有重要的诱导作用。

With light microscopy, we observe and investigate the generation of capillary and the relation between hematopoietic stem and generation of capillary of one human embryo at 35 days into gestation. The result shows that the capillaries of various organs are formed by the differentiaton of themselves mesenchyme cell. The hematopoietic stein induce significantly to the generation of capillaries.
