摘要
在高校辅导员的学生工作中,与学生的谈话是工作的重点。与学生谈话前的准备、谈话方式和技巧、谈话的风格、谈话的内容艺术都影响到与学生谈话的质量和所达到的目的。结合当前大学生的特点和实际经验,试对这些方面进行分析和论述。
Communication with the students is the focus for a counselor’s work in College.Factors such as preparation before talking,the way and skills of talking,conversation style and art may affect the quality and the purpose of talking with students.Based on the current college students’ characteristics and personal experience,this thesis tries to preliminarily analyze and discuss these factors.
