摘要
如今国家产业结构不断调整和转移,以旅游业为主体的服务业的发展越来越提高到重要的位置,面临这一形势,企业对旅游人才的需求在量、质上提出了很高的要求。旅游业的发展速度很快,产品更新换代日趋频繁,许多新型旅游产品如养生休闲、体育休闲等对旅游人才培养的规格提出更高的要求,带着在新业态、新形势下旅游人才如何在量、质和型上满足地方、企业的发展的要求,如何改革与创新旅游人才培养体系的疑问,本文以合肥财经职业学院为例进行探索与研究。

Development speed of tourism industry is very fast, the product renewal is more and more frequent, many new tourism products such as leisure, sports leisure tourism personnel training specification put forward higher requirements, with the new format, under the new situation of tourism talents in quantity, quality and how to meet the development of local, enterprise requirements the question how to cultivate, system reform and innovation of tourism talents, this article takes Hefei Finance and Economics Career College as an example to explore and research.
