摘要
"高校就业困难群体"随之形成。大学生就业困难群体的帮扶工作,成为社会和各高校关心和研究的重点。本文在分析高校就业困难群体的类型及其形成原因的基础上,结合自身的工作实际情况,提出了指导与帮助的对策与措施。
The"employment difficult group"is formed. The supporting work of college students employment difficult group, become the concern and research focus of society and colleges. Based on the analysis of the types and causes of the employment difficulties groups, combines with their own actual situation, and put forward some countermeasures to guide and help.
