摘要
利用Pro/E强大的三维实体设计功能,建立了具有精确齿廓的渐开线直齿轮副、斜齿轮副和双螺旋副斜齿轮的有限元分析模型。通过Pro/E与ANSYS的连接,将模型分别导入ANSYS软件中,并对这三种齿轮在相同的设计参数和相同加载力矩下的啮合情况进行有限元接触分析,求解出了这三种齿轮传动在不同啮合位置下的接触应力和弯曲应力,并进行了对比分析。同时着重分析了渐开线双螺旋副齿轮由于齿厚的变化对接触应力和弯曲应力的影响以及齿间应力分配。计算分析结果为渐开线双螺旋副齿轮这种新型传动的应用于生产提供了理论依据。
The strong 3D entity design function of Pro/E software is used to create the finite models on involute gear and helical gear and double-helical bevel gear with accurate tooth shape, then leading the model to ANSYS by connecting Pro/E and ANSYS software, and with the same design parameters and under the same loads, finite element contact analysis has been done. Then the contact stress and blending stress on the three types gear transmission at the different meshing position are solved out, and comparative analysis among them have been done. At the same time, as the tooth thickness changes on the double-helical bevel gear how to influence the contact stress and blending stress is emphatically analyzed. All above provide the theoretical foundations that bring the double-helical bevel gear into the industry.
